I don't hate crust but I prefer the texture of a sandwich without the crust, so I eat most of the crust before eating the rest of the sandwich... I usually only do this when eating alone lol

They better block him from running

I was familiar with the subreddit, and I came to lemmy a while back and just found this community. Are there any other communities like this one? I'm getting back into this and trying to up my ratio on all of my trackers but it would be easier if I can get on more trackers to fill some requests.

Hi! Trans person here. Your heart is in the right place, but this post is poorly written. You haven't even given examples of how this is currently/could be applied. Some people are just that uneducated about trans people. If they're leading questions that invalidate us, sure. But otherwise what's the harm? For 196 there's no reason to ask about that stuff but the whole instance?? Your call in the end but I can think of a few ways this could go bad just from prior experience in other communities.

It's a bit problematic. What about the profile makes you think they're "pretending" to be black?

I agree it should at least be an option, but you can just use middle click for now or right click>new tab.

I think you mean claim. Strikes are on the channel and are much worse for the creator.

Honestly? You don't. I was gonna try to be a sysadmin but I'm a product support engineer now. The point being shit doesn't always work out the way you plan. Find something you are interested in, or think about what you truly enjoy doing. For me, it is quite simply the act of helping someone get something done, and fixing various software problems. No matter what job I have, if I can do one or both of those things and make a living I think I'll be happy with it. Hope this helps.

DuckDuckGo uses their own web crawlers along with a few others (but not google's). Probably just haven't indexed it yet.

Komikku (linux) is great on desktop fwiw, though I know that won't be useful for everyone. It's on flathub.

We always knew this would happen though.
