If you’re based in Malaysia and are able to see prices there, how much is a M3 MBP without the upgrades?

I'm based in the U.S. but was wondering whether buying a MBP in Australia, as an example, would be cheaper since the USD is stronger than the AUS.

And what are the major differences between M2 and M3 lines? Looking to purchase a MBP for coding and editing purposes.
