Companies always has been hostile when they are so big that they are only fathomable as market entity. Privatise gains, socialise losses.

You are right, I’m no theorist, but there is a reason it has mostly worked so far. And as if a coup for absolute power would stop at the grand jury. It is also only protected by „just“ another court.

Almost every other jurisdiction in functional democracies do not have grand juries and don't plan to implement such a mechanism, nor are they implored to do so, are they all bootlickers?

Yes it's fucked because running servers costs a lot of money and SteamDB runs on donations. So I hope you did donate at some point when you used their services and disapprove of this development.

I always use DLSS Quality if available (and sometimes it is the only kind of render scaling available) and always have a ~20% performance boost with almost no image quality loss.
