If you're in the general Austin, TX area I highly recommend this driving school. Really helped build my kid's confidence. They have lessons for adults as well as teens. Including an advanced city (infosec.pub)

That makes sense.

I tried to get an appointment at another and was told they couldn't do the battery work.

Autonation does a good job it just takes them longer than it would if there were more mechanics available.
