What's stopping the USA from building (some) ships in South Korea? Many navies all over the world use foreign designs or foreign builders.

Did you get it from the same guy who sold me the rock that keeps tigers away?

He's a good guy,

My sister hosted a party, I was testing my local machine to see if it'd survive, but some asshat party guest decided to pull the house's master breaker at midnight. My test was ruined, and nobody enjoyed the joke.

Eastern rite Catholic priests can't get married, but they can be married....

Yep, all four of my kids said stuff like that. It's totally believeable. And GP's comment just makes me believe even more that the only people who know more about parenting than people one child are people with no children.

Yellowknife is actually just 1 degree colder in the winter than where I live. There are colder cities in the arctic, though..

But yes, people need to toughen up.

Ironically, that's not helpful with biking, I bike year round and keep warm. Works okay for walking and such, though.

It'd be great here but I fear it won't get much traction 'cause it's usually well below 0 by late October. People here don't like cold :(

Need more context: Are you also 15? If so then this might be acceptable anywhere.

Not really. Modern games will claim to be free to play, with many parts of the game hidden behind microtransactions, or they'll be paid with the option to buy more.

Doom never claimed to be free to play. It was always 100% up front that the shareware version wasn't much more than a playable demo. The paid version of Doom was the complete game.
