I've been saying it for years - business people are the scum of the earth. The whole situation is so stupid. Why do we train people how to ~~make~~ take as much money as they can... why not teach them to not be assholes instead?

Yup, MWIII! Maybe I'm losing it, but I swear they used a single cycle of it quietly to notify an event (i'm not 100% sure what the trigger is, i thought kill streaks but it might actually be related to dying)
I was playing call of duty last night (I know) and I realized that there is a ~500ms sample of the wheel up signal that plays every time someone gets a killstreak. I feel like I'm descending into madness now - Pandora's box has been opened. Where else will this sample show up - is no audio safe?
It's all been downhill since AC Origins
This was a beautiful game. I think it was also one of the only games I have ever accidentally 100% completed.

I can't remember the last time I played a sub 60 fps game on my series X. Elden Ring dips occasionally, but it's still solid for the most part.
Even on the Xbox one all the games I was playing were running at 60+. The last game I played with an actually bad framerate was tears of the kingdom, but that is on switch.
I watched this show with my brother, who then went on to create massive tech company. We fell out of touch, and when we finally reconnected he told me how much money he was worth within 5 minutes (presumably 8 figures by now), followed by how his only goal was to make the world a better place...
