Nothing illegal, just good consumer privacy practice.

When you say supported, does that only mean the original (Android) OS will be supported and updated? What does it mean for a different ROM?

Wishing you luck. Dell was little help, saying it was hardware, but i seem to recall, a few years ago someone had figured out a way to do it. Maybe you could find it still on Dell forums: https://www.dell.com/community/en/conversations/search?q=rst

https://www.dell.com/community/en/conversations/inspiron/turning-off-rst-on-my-inspirion-7490/647f8bb5f4ccf8a8debd96c4?keyword=rst%20linux (the workaround, over 3 years old now, is 3 or 4 pages in)

Really put me, and a lot of others off Dell.

Thx for the reply. I've been waiting years for Pine to become a good option for end-users. I would really like them to be!

How do you like the PineTab2?

Is DRM still an issue with Pinebook Pro? Netflix, etc?

May I suggest Wisdom of Insecurity by Alan Watts (1951). Fairly clear and direct.

I didn't know that. Thanks
