I personally prefered motion controls since i got canera control that way. But i was never capable of doing the precice motions the game asked of me. But finding workarounds was fun in its own way

Das problem haben wir in Österreich mit der Westbahn. Die haben sich die eine profitable strecke herausgesucht. Und klagen ständig. Die Öbb kann nichts dagegen machen weil sie sich nicht selbst verklagen kann, und personenverkehr und infra ag arbeiten getrennt.

It'll happen when instance owners decide to do so. But I don't see it happening right now. But I get the feel that most would like to get away from the lemmy devs long term. But for now they all seem to favour lemmy, so it is for them to decide when its ready.

If Piefed keeps going the way they are going, we might all end up switching over in a year or 2. Lemmy is fine, and very stable and functioning, and just a reliable system, but Piefed seems willing to go above and beyond.

I still don'z get why all the newspapers don't wirk together and create one combined subscription. Most people would can afford one so i don't see much money lost in everyone working together.

Just how short lived is humanity?

What an incredible Episode. But for me, it feels like the end of the show has been revealed to me. Yachiyo will leave earth eventually. It may take a thousand years, but she cannot stay in the ruins of humanity forever. She will at some point have to face the reality of humanities demise, and something will force her to leave. Feels like the only logical ending to me.

Discord only does this cause they like money. But no tech company ever will add any personalosation beyond the minumum unless they can charge an absurd amount for it. Now, lemmy won't change that either, since it is a simple but reliable kind off software. We have to wait till Piefed implements it, and Pifed proves itself relieable enough to switch our instances over to it to get personalisation.
