I’ve thought about going that route, but ultimately decided to adopt something like portainer.io. My thought process behind it was that some projects within each category may have overlapping dependencies and so I’d end up with multiple entries for a particular dependency in the same file which I didn’t like.

I don’t expose services to the internet from my home lab, so I generally just add host entries manually to each of my computers so that I don’t have to type in ip and port.

Hands down, Requiem for a Dream. That movie is so good but can only really be watched once.

I’d much prefer native plants in a lawn to just a concrete jungle or grass

Definitely Civilization in general. There’s a lot of other games I like that are completely different, but year after year I come back to the Civilization series. And even though they peaked at Civ5, it’s still one of the few games I’ll preorder as soon as the next one is available.

I prefer contacts but wear both contacts and glasses depending on the day. I like the flexibility and overall ease of contacts, but some days I just wear glasses to give my eyes a break. I have astigmatism. Glasses especially have a bending effect around the periphery that’s annoying to deal with that contacts simply don’t have for me.

I’ve had my Mach-E GT for two years now and it’s been very reliable and very comfortable. There were a couple of small hiccups early on, but I can’t see going back to non-electric cars. Would definitely buy it again!

As others have mentioned there’s a standardized versioning scheme that most developers use and that standard is semantic versioning: https://semver.org. There are other standards too and not every development team uses a standard that is externally recognized standard.

I was being a bit tongue-in-cheek with that answer. TABOR has a lot of things wrong with it but the one group that it does appeal to across party lines are those that are fiscally conservative. It forces the state budget to be voted on and you can’t go over it - that gets refunded to the tax payer. Everything has to be accounted for by the tax payer and money only goes to what the majority wants. This is true even if the program absolutely needs a bump in budget to operate correctly. I would much rather it not be in place, but I’m also not as fiscally conservative as some people. Most people don’t want to pay any taxes and that leads to debt.

I’m just glad TABOR really helps keep things in check!

Dedicated usually means it’s not splitting cpu time with another instance. It could mean a local machine but it does not have to be one.

My 12” Matfer Bourgeat carbon steel pan is by far my most used cookware. My cast iron pan has been relegated to steaks and Dutch Baby style pancakes. I use a nice stainless steel sauté pan for anything else I shouldn’t cook in the cast iron or carbon steel
