Soulworker steam version. Anyone else playing? Have you gotten Alt to work to toggle your mouse cursor on? (sh.itjust.works)
 

I've been playing Soulworker since Xigncode got proton support, however I've yet to find a proper fix for this little annoyance. A workaround I've been successfully using is just opening my inventory or some other menu to bring up the cursor.

When I mash Alt rapidly I can see the mouse cursor appear for a few frames, so it's trying. Possibly seeing double input?

You know it's true because that dev only has one Friggin screen. No wonder multi monitor support is fucked.

I haven't had any problems with gaming in Wayland. Perhaps you haven't configured it properly, especially if it wasn't default installed on your system.

I've so far had good experience on stock Opera, and Vivaldi.

Opera GX gave me problems where the browser interface would be layed over the app interface rather than just being hidden. Took up 30% of my screen real-estate for address bar and new tab buttons.

For real though V05 is a terrible product.

The experience has gotten a lot smoother for sure! We are also getting better at using Lemmy to begin with.

Tried to uninstall / reinstall wefwef app. Uninstalled my browser instead, now wefwef insists that it's still installed but it seems like just my regular web browser. in c/wefwef@lemmy.world

I understand that, the problem is that the behavior is different after reinstalling the PWA.

This could be because I used a different browser. I used Opera this time instead of Vivaldi which I had used last time. It's just that elements that should be hidden are visible, like the address bar.

At leady that's the experience I had with Vivaldi.

I'm confused! Before I uninstalled wefwef all of the browser interface was hidden. But now the address bar and "new tab" button plus other interface elements visible.

I only found out about Lemmy when looking for reddit alternatives over the API drama.

It was probably a long time coming for me as over the years reddit has been less and less of a community and more business-like. I very much enjoy the decentralized nature of Lemmy and I really hope the Fediverse catches on at a wide scale.

I just went to the page and it looks as though the reviews are being hidden.. I checked some other apps, namely 3rd party reddit apps and the review section was still intact. Anyone else seeing, or not seeing it?

Just sweep it under the rug reddit.. That's right nothing to see here..
