Using the word “genocide” in the source code in 2023 is way more weird than using master/slave or blacklist/whitelist. Those terms have been around for decades.

Interesting info, thanks. Unfortunately I don’t have much choice. Don’t have a car and I don’t live close enough to a grocery store.

Is there an alternative app or service that doesn’t do this I wonder?

It sucked at the time for sure, but thinking about this now gives me only happy feelings. Very nostalgic for a simpler time.

Yeah, didn’t they usually not even allow for individual channel selection? I remember my grandparents having one for their basement TV. We had to watch whatever the adults were watching upstairs as kids.

I’ve never used Photoshop in my life, but use GIMP all the time. Think it has more to do with the workflow you’re accustomed to. Granted, a vi user would probably say the same thing lol.

Seems like people who regularly use the word “irony” don’t often appreciate when it truly occurs.

Could just use GIMP at that point.

Dead Space too. They had a solid run in the late 2000s/early 2010s before doubling down on shit.

Do I need to link to this community to federate it into reddthat.com?

!gaming@kbin.social

Idk what else to try.

I saw this post about how kbin.social is now federating: https://reddthat.com/post/32223

When I click the example link provided there, !RedditMigration@kbin.social I get an error message.
