Credit cards charge the companies fees. Your $100 bill payment might only be $98 once it gets to them, because Visa/MC/etc took $2. But most importantly, it strips away any protection you have against incorrect charges. With a credit card on file, you can dispute charges, even demand a charge-back. But with a debit card or bank transfer? Your money is gone, too bad for you.

No problems on the latest Jerboa for me.
Hello, fellow Nine user! Glad to see at least some other people are aware of it.
I have been using Nine for literally over a decade. Amazing app, very well supported.
Meteogram is an amazingly customizable widget-type app that shows everything you could imagine on a timeline/chart. One of my all-time favorite and most used apps. It is updated regularly, and the amount of customization is insane. It is so nice to be able to just look at a chart and instantly know everything you need to know about the upcoming hour(s) and day(s).
I have been also been using an app called Forecaster which is pretty cool, that's more of a conventional weather app.
My favorite radar app is MyRadar.
I just wish these clients would take some cues from the way Relay does its "List" view. Thunder's list view is getting there, but it's still way too crowded. Connect's is worse, it's just evenly spaced details for each post, which then blends into the space between each post.
Thunder is pretty amazing right now.
They DID do that, when they bought Alien Blue. Then they promptly destroyed it. Good UX != profits. So they butchered it into some sort of zombie app where everything was designed to make them money. And that's why they are pushing so hard to make EVERYONE use it.
If anything, they hate 3PA devs because they show users what the experience could be like - how good and clean it could be - if they didn't have a greedy corporation trying to sabotage everything.
They don't need to hire anyone to pacify them. Reddit doesn't gaf what happens to the devs, whether they are pacified or not. It's like a tiny baby fish cursing the ship that just harvested 120,000 fish in a net. The ship laughs, and sails away.
Hopefully things will be better once federation grows in popularity. I know I've been using it daily since this all started. But sadly I have to augment with reddit because there just aren't enough people here yet.
