Yea, there's clearly something misconfigured over on kbin at the moment. Might be worth pinging one of the people that runs it.
I think there's some issue with people on kbin seeing wrong images. Probably a question for the server admins over there. It's normal on three of the Lemmy instances I checked on.
Yea, there's definitely some weird bug for some of the users. I just see the normal image from the article. I tried on lemm.ee and also just see the normal image.
It’s shows up for me on mobile. It says it’s a screenshot from TikTok. Maybe it doesn’t show up on desktop for some reason?
I miss Apollo, but not Reddit. If Christian (Apollo dev) released a Lemmy app, I’d download it in a second. Paid for it on reddit and would on Lemmy too.
Same, it feels like most of the people on Lemmy are just here because they’re interested in the topics for each of the communities they subscribe to.
I paid for Bean on iOS, it really feels like the Apollo of Lemmy. The developer is also super responsive and is constantly putting out fast updates.
Yea, it’s definitely weird on more than one level 😂
Yea, I think this app developer is misreading what Reddit is really trying to accomplish . They weren’t trying to monetize third party apps, they were just trying to get rid of them.
Agreed, haven't really looked back since coming over to Lemmy
OK, maybe I'm not as interested in it anymore haha!
Would definitely be curious to see what a 2023 phone version of a Zune would look like.
