Judge James Boasberg is particularly qualified to handle cases involving secrecy and National security. He has served as a FICA judge, handling the creation of warrants for the intelligence services. He is no stranger to the proper handling of state secrets.

Well that will never stand up in court. The Executive branch doesn't unilaterally create federal election policy. Trump has passed from unconstitutional, to ANTI-constitutional.
If the Democrats don't start fighting, and representing the working people instead of the wealthy corporate billionaires, they will keep losing. In the past, they would clearly rather lose than embrace the progressive wing of their own party.
Because being opposed to the most fundamental principles of the US Constitution is how they roll.

How dare Federal Judges actually defend the law and the constitution when Trump breaks it. Do realize these impeachments could never pass the Senate. So the real purpose is to try to intimidate Judges.
And of course Trump says any lawsuit which doesn't align with his fascist extreme illegal goals is "frivolous". (And ignores that the law is already established about what constitutes a frivial lawsuit.
They would have to redact the constantly reappearing fact that Trump and Epstein were close buddies.
Ironic, because he just let Elon Musk attend a top secret Pentagon meeting about War Plans with China. But really, this is theater, typical petty Trump and has no real impact on anything.
The University is so dumb. They think that capitulating to the Fascists would be the end of the problem? The fascists see higher education as a bastion of Liberal Woke and want to take it down. Trump will simply come up with another demand, and another, until the college is completely wiped out, or a hollow shadow of a real place of higher learning.
