Agreed, I find this method especially helpful if something is going on with my pets. If you just google it or use any of the other big search engines you will get identical articles telling you that they will die and take them to the vet immediately. Answers on reddit are generally pretty good about letting you know what kinds of things like that are serious because usually at least a couple people have experienced the same exact thing.

Nah I agree, "mature";"grown-up";"adult"-- all a social construct that essentially refers to the sacrificing of your humanity to assimilate and have your labor exploited without complaining. I'd assert that this is a big reason autism is marginalized, as most of us simply cannot abide by this rule, and this rule is a necessary component for capitalism to exist.

But you see, it isn't real socialism unless you let western imperialists destroy your project and ravage your country. Otherwise, it's just authoritarian state capitalism :/

It's more that they immediately started talking bad about other orgs on social media and completely circumvented the existing organizing infrastructure for pro-Palestine demonstrations that has been going strong for 6 months now, being run but those very same orgs they were badmouthing and who have been in the game a long time. That and the "escalation" rhetoric just puts up red flags to me.

Idk if anyone else has thinks this, but this group is... a bit sketchy. Popped up out of no where, amassed a big following very quickly, have a professional website, not tied to any pre-existing orgs and none of the local orgs in my area know anything about them. They aren't responding to emails and are completely anonymous. They also came out hot by attacking some local orgs as well, and have explicit social media posts encouraging "escalation." Also have seen different accounts across different social media pages copy and pasting the exact same messages attacking local orgs. I am not heavily involved in local organizing so I could just be totally off base but I am really apprehensive of this.

The most involved people on the ground have a front row seat to the Biden show and see the damage he has done in regards to our social safety nets. Reeks of utter BS idk anyone like this who gives a fuck about voting for Biden
