You're kinda making the point for them

I lived in a 3 bedroom house with 3 other people. No room was available and not many would have been big enough anyway. I need at least 2m squared

Yeah it's great. I've always already seen it and it's always an action movie so I don't need to pay attention all the time. Latest watch was Aliens, so good!

Sometimes it's obvious misogyny and sometimes it isn't but this has the hallmarks.

You need the room for the equipment. I had to go to gyms when my rental was too small.

I work out at home and watch movies that usually have some fit people in them, which removes the need for real humans in the room.

She posted with a "we" statement about her own company. If someone did that, you might think about who they are but this guy completely assumed she was a know nothing nobody.

He replied to her post about how signal won't use AI and she said "we". He 100% assumed a woman was a nobody so he paid no attention. This is all on him.

I hear ya. I'm participating in a hiring panel and finding it really tough to reject candidates, especially when they're nice. I just feel so much for them.

Hard not to start building a tough shell, take care of yourself

Add to this that your preference may change as your life does. Lifestage makes a big difference.

Meal planning is number 1.

Being strict with what you buy then so you don't buy something you have no plan for.

Learn a couple of meals that you can throw anything into so you can use up veg that are just about to go off. Eg ratatouille, stew, curry, etc.

Buy a recipe book with easy one pot meals for inspiration. I find the Internet just has too much and you need to know what you're doing, plus there's just too much distraction. Sitting with a recipe book and a pen and paper to plan is way more relaxing, IME.
