I may have to give it a go. I am similarly adverse to mucking with xorg confs.

I am very interested in doing this, with xorg or Wayland, and an 7900xt.
I forget the trilogy / book names, but the ones dealing with Dunklezahns assassination were pretty great, from what I recall.
I enjoyed a lot of the novels. I should really check out the newer ones. Have almost all of the originals in storage.

I see the Patreon gated facilitation things like EmuDeck and Emulation Station, being the low hanging fruit Nintendo's lawyers reach for next. Easy path to profiting from facilitating IP infringement.
Ryujinx at least doesn't make it 'too easy' and AFAIK isn't profiting, so perhaps a battle Nintendo walks away from with a stern attempt at a C&D and focus elsewhere.

CK3 got relegated to the high seas for me, after the exact same thing with CK2.
