I like sus2 chords. With a sus4 chord, even if I hear it in isolation without context, like if I just pulled out a guitar and played an Asus4, I feel the 4th wanting to resolve down the major 3rd. If I did the same thing with an Asus2, it sounds like it's own lovely, complete thing to me.

I'm new to this instance and I beg your pardon for the hijack but I have to say, if this is the kind of posts I can expect on the local feed, I'm going to love it here. What a lovely song, fantastic question, and thorough analysis.
