There is good reason to believe that they could be going through with it to set precedent that a judge cannot be arrested for following due process.

Edit: also, a "grand" jury is not some bigshot court thing; it has nothing to do with having more authority than a trial jury. Instead, it's called such in the context of size - a grand jury usually has 16+ members as opposed to the typical 6-12 members of a trial jury.

So, blatant inaccuracies aside, this doesn't change the fact that he quite literally did speak up about it, well before your toddler-esque "if he doesn't say exactly this then he's against us" rant.

The fact that he said something to begin with is already a step in the right direction. What you're asking is unrealistic.

Like, everyone knew that the garments were all about "modestly", and yet with the recent release of tank-top style women's garment tops, they're all claiming that "it was never about modesty teehee". Fucking gaslighting bullshit. Same with rated R movies. Some leader somewhere stated that members shouldn't watch rated R movies, and somehow everyone took it as literal gospel, despite it not being written anywhere.
