Yes, I am a card carrying member of the IWW.

I work at an Amazon warehouse. This is the second SEV-1 event this week. Monday we were on stand down for 4 hours. I don’t want to post ticket details but I wouldn’t be surprised if we have a lot more in the coming months. For the record the Monday outage originated in a US-East instance. I’m not at work today but our building is on full stand down again.

Adore this album, and MTU.

That’s awesome! Were you guys doing a similar thing musically? I’m incredibly envious of musicians who play instruments. The most I can do is fart around in a daw or chop up old stuff in audacity

Another interesting release. This is a 2x12” comp featuring two EPs on Side A and B - The Mark Inside, and another EP with the same title as the comp - and the LP “Die The Nightmare” on Sides C and D. All songs are performed solo. Die the Nightmare was re-recorded by Pat with one of his many bands, Ramshackle Glory, and released as Live the Dream. The title change has always fascinated me as someone who has struggled with addiction, since the lyrics hit just as hard on both sides of that fence.

This is an interesting release. It was pressed at the same time as another of her albums, Knock Knock Who?, and both of them are mislabeled and mispackaged. I have both so they’re in the correct jackets now for sanity’s sake.

If you ever want to buy this album make sure the label is wrong and the jacket is a completely different album lol.

This one’s either the 1990 or 2014(?) repress or whatever you’d call this comp. I snagged this at a local shop for $20 a couple years ago. They had volume 2 for the same price but I’ve never really been a fan of the second half of pop classics.

It’s good stuff. This is their first EP plus a few outtakes, and it’s deter best. Volume 2 is okay, and volume 3 is straight ass. This and volume 2 make up a collection called “A Collection of Pop Classics.” A very convoluted discography that really only amounts to an hour of music.

Thanks for the compliment. One of these days if/when my partner and I get a house I’ll make some dumb decisions regarding speakers. Until then I couldn’t say a bad thing about what I’ve got.

Yes, I voted and I have voted in every election I have been able to except for a few off-years where nothing was on the ballot except local tax measures. For good measure, I typically vote straight D with the odd independent for things like mayor or city council.

In a lot of ways yes, but not enough to write off the dems entirely. If they grew a spine before white people started getting slimed by the pigs I’d respect them a lot more, but at least they are doing something now.

No more than you. Do you do anything to get us out of this or do you just spend your early mornings responding to hypothetical ideas of people asking them if they voted?
