As of 2022, 51.5% of American Millennials own homes.
Granted it should be higher, but at least it's a majority now.

I passed my European History class mostly from playing Paradox games
I never watched Picard. Is the redness from Geordi's eyes on purpose or did the contacts for Lavar Burton irritate his eyes.
I see no God up here. BUT ME.
Haha. Happy to serve!
We even know Sisko was planning on building a cabin in the woods on Bajor over looking some river. He bought land sometime in the later seasons.
Fair. I don't give her the weapon. I usually respec her into a light cleric... for much the same logic you gave, plus I think it's more thematic.
So both can be true. I'm not an expert in what's going on, but here's my take.
Even with Russia's failings, they still have a manpower advantage and that's what wins wars. Ukraine's tech and ally help has helped slow the invasion, but it isn't stopping it. It helps for morale and propaganda to show Russian troops as incompetent, but even fools can kill if they fire enough. And although they are running out of expendable manpower, they still have the ability to call on more.
I hope the new lifts on weapon restrictions help Ukraine. Again not an expert, just a person who subs here and reads the news occasionally
You are quite welcome and thank you for reading the source!
I still laughed at the original meme. Affordability is an issue we all struggle with.
