I'm just acknowledging the difference from 100 years (and 1 day) ago.
I'm not claiming everything is sunshine and rainbows now and completely agree that there are still problems impacting minority groups at higher proportions along with racism in every crack of society. Here in Kalamazoo and the rest of the country. No PR, I have no ties to the democrat party. Just sharing history and information.
100 years ago. The KKK marched in Kalamazoo. Today we’re having a rally for the first woman, black president! This is what progress looks like.
