exactly. qbittorrent has a "add torrent link" button in the top left that will automatically add stuff from your clipboard
You can go through that database pretty easy with a database viewer. DB Browser for SQLite is open source and simple to use.

yeah you have to own the game to unlock the achievements
You can use steam achievement manager to unlock any achievements you want. as far as having that automatically happen with steam, i'm not sure if that's possible
the only people i'm aware that play cs-s still are surfers, apart from that i have no idea sorry
