Bagging it up on a walk is decidedly worse than scooping it out of a litter box if the dog happens to have diarrhea. At least the litter clumps up, making cleanup much easier..

Good luck training a dog to use the box consistently though.

You might wanna check Zophar's Domain, they got the master collection of basically every emulator under the sun, plus other goodies such as cheats and hacks...

7 inches diameter, radius, or circumference?

We need more information, for reasons...

You can light farts on fire, as they usually/often contain methane, but that partly depends on your diet and gut microbiome. I have no idea if burning a fart changes or eliminates the smell though.

Warning/Disclaimer: Since this only works when you ignite the fart right by the source (the anus obviously), you run a risk of the flame going into your rectum and potentially causing serious call 911 level injuries, so I don't recommend trying that at all.

I'll take your word on that, I already feel like I wasted enough minutes of life even bothering to look into this nonsense..

That's the only reason I even heard about the whole 67 thing, when it came up on our local news regarding fast food restaurants.

It's ridiculous, and honestly I feel like I've wasted minutes from my life even asking, but hey, now I loosely get it..

It still makes little sense to me, but whatever 🤷

Oh I ain't worried about it or anything, just curious really.

I gather it's supposed to mean something (though I don't see any meaning behind numbers aside from literal counting and measuring), but seriously, what's up with 67 lately?

These black and white transparency images work horribly in dark mode, black on dark grey..

Yeah about that..

I dunno why the thumbnail for the video isn't showing on Lemmy (I'm using Jerboa), but the thumbnail on YouTube shows the original piece of wood before work started, and it totally looks like a woman's lady bits..

Am I missing anything here?

So if republicans seem to have so much hate on words that start with RE, then what the fuck is a publican minus the re...?

Edit: What the fuck does the 're' prefix really mean anyways? What does 'really' even mean minus the RE?

Ally?

I just did notice the old battery went dead only 16 minutes after it crapped out.

He's registered as a dachshund, but at 21 pounds, I'm sure he's a mixbreed of some sort, probably mix with either beagle or terrier.

Luckily he came already house broken, so he doesn't cause any trouble inside, he's a fine young gentleman. Sorry the photo I shared doesn't quite show his face, he was just basking in the sun on the balcony the other day and I figure as of now it's probably the best quality photo I've gotten so far.

Some lousy asswipe of a human dropped him off at our city park around April 2024, and he was gradually drifting towards being a feral stray, surviving on whatever scraps he could find near the dumpsters. It took a while to get him to even come close, but by August he trusted us enough to bathe him and put him in the back of our vehicle.

And he's been ours ever since, he's now fixed, vaccinated, very friendly (unless he doesn't trust you for whatever reason), and he won't ever starve again. And he loves riding in the vehicle too, but he doesn't even bother looking out the window when the vehicle is moving, he just lays down. But when we park, he gets really curious..

He doesn't do or know any tricks though, like if you throw a ball and tell him to go fetch, he's just gonna look at you stupid like why did you throw that LOL! But he does enjoy trips out to the park where we got him from so he can run his zoomies out and burn some calories. He's fast too!

Like, in real life, execute doesn't mean to start, it means to stop...

I ask this because I just finished packing a pocket sized mini first aid kit, using supplies from our full size home kit. I'm sure people will mostly agree with the contents I packed, but does anyone have any other suggestions?

This is the kit I packed today, should I try to add anything else? There's not much space left, but I can probably stuff a couple other flat packet items in there, so am I like missing anything obvious that might fit?

https://lemmy.world/post/39413763

Contents packed in an old Q-Tip container:

  • 1 Sterile pad, 2 inches by 2 inches
  • About 2 feet of medical tape, flattened out to fit
  • 1 large bandage
  • 2 average size bandages
  • 2 mini bandages
  • 1 Antiseptic towelette
  • 3 Alcohol prep pads
  • 1 packet of triple antibiotic ointment
  • 1 dose packet of aspirin
  • 1 dose packet of acetaminophen
  • 1 dose packet of benadryl
  • 2 chewable pepto bismol tablets
  • 1 packet of BC powder
  • 1 packet of salt

I think that's everything I put in there anyways, hopefully nobody ever needs to use it, but it's destined to go in our glove box.

Edited because I just added 2 sealed pepto bismol tablets, because why not, they fit neatly in there too.

Edit 2: I added a packet of BC powder. Aside from the typical headache or body pain, they're also good as a fever reducer.

Edit 3: I added 2 additional alcohol prep pads for a total of 3, easy fit.

Edit 4: I added a packet of salt, as a suggestion from a commenter, as saltwater acts as an awesome disinfectant.

There might also be other reasons, but I don't care to drink my own juice...
