I don't remember doctor Manhattan to be this juicy.

At first I was doubt.jpg, but then I went on the search engines and then found it. While the article is more tame than what the headline + meme portrays - it doesn't advocate to keep the Culture war going, it is advocating for an end to distractions - it's still some liberal bullshit about how "we shouldn't antagonize the rich". I mean, in my case at least, I don't want to antagonize the people behind the riches, but I'm going to point out how they act like imps and goblins every time we try to levy any kind of taxes against their riches, as if the only variable was that they worked hard and that is why they are rich.

Anyway, I cast my vote saying the meme is justified. Carry on.

You mean, the wrapping paper doesn't keep the cold in??

you're right. More like discussing with an Alzheimer's addled brain being coerced into a particular set of vocabulary.

just add "quantum" in front of RAM and the magic is still alive.

I keep saying that those llm peddlers are selling us a brain, when at most they only deliver Wernicke's + Broca's area of a brain.

Sure, they are necessary for a human like brain, but it's only 10% of the job done my guys.

In my mind canon, Trump is a failed Lich that fell into primordial pride-juice, and is now being manipulated by competing Necromancers for fun and profits. While he is an undesirable force in this world, I see the problem mostly with the necromancers, and I'd much rather see those get their comeuppance. And the loot drop must be exquisite.

I think I did, but nothing that a resync didn't fix.

Installed Mint last week. I already ported most of my personal stuff there ; as a user of FOSS software, it was a breeze. Still dual booting Windows because of work, but I'll start trying to see if I can get the required tools to work on there too.

For now, my biggest issue was that connecting my Bluetooth headphones to both Linux and Windows was fucky but, lo and behold, there was a guide online that told me exactly how to make sure both OS had the same device ID.

It's not a painless experience yet, but it's way less painful than what it was running Win95 back then. And it feels so good to finally flip Microsoft the bird.

I'm planning to go to the garage, but I can't stop now, because I know it won't start again once I do.
