the emergency call and medical info were in that panel too and they're hidden away in the pull down menu??? fucked up. thank God for energy ring because that battery icon is terrible too.

you're probably right. isn't that pretty much what they tried to do with cloud computing and storage?
yeah I've got nova and klwp and theyve isolated me from a lot of the bs but not all unfortunately.

I've got the issue where secure folder keeps giving me notifications and if I try to go into it it just tells me I don't have a sim card. comes back every day. otherwise the switch has just been miserable and I'm spending about half the time on my phone just trying to get everything back to normal (or at least the same level of functionality. thank God for nova and klwp or id be losing my mind.
I've been on the brink for a while but learning a whole new OS is going to be hard with a dissociative disorder. though I did just find out game compatibility is way better than I thought, so that's one roadblock down.
im usually the most tech savvy of my friends and no one I know is already using it. That's kind of the situation I assume most people are in. no one they know is using Linux and for whatever reason they don't have the ability or time to learn it themselves.
A&W has really good burgers and hands down the best root beer. Used to live by one, and it was always packed at dinner time on the weekends.
I'm not sure I can give up helldivers at this point tho.

yeah we primarily watch on a Samsung TV through a PS5. I'm not seeing any alternatives for either device. I might be able to slap together a desktop from spare parts but I'm not sure I want to start maintaining a whole other computer.

what's with h265 that's everyone's acting like it's some massive hurdle that you should have to pay to be able to use files with that encoding? that's one of the things Plex has paywalled already and it's becoming harder and harder to find good quality content that isn't in that format.
I was just going to say pure strength builds in souls games but you're right. poise zweihander bs really only works in DS1, the change to the poise system for DS3 and Elden Ring prevent it from being the silly unstoppable powerhouse it was. like it's so bad in DS1 that the first thing I grab on a dex build after getting to andre is the wolf ring and then the grass shield.

I like to remind people that 38% of votes is not 38% of the population approving of him. you have to consider that not all the eligible population voted, and those who are non-eligible likely aren't licking his boots either. closer to 15% of the CA population voted for Trump, just over 6 million votes.
