Absolutely! I'd say, it has some similarity to Life is Strange 2 in terms of it being an adventure where you're someone who's on the run. But with much less investment in characters.

Was thinking about getting it in the current Steam sale. Is it any good? I enjoy playing "walking simulators" if they have a good story

BioNTech is doing something similar. Their approach (and likely also Moderna's approach) works by first identifying mutations in protein coding genes in the cancer cells. Then, they target the resulting mutated protein (that is distinct from the same protein in non-cancer calls) with their vaccines.
