So glad I went back to PC gaming recently before all the price hikes. I am more than happy to wait for a good game to mature at a discount when I'm ready to jump on it.

I read somewhere else some games would be $90, no thanks. I was weighing Switch 2 or Deck, ended up with deck. No regrets.

Yuup, ailes & ailes of hardware. Could build, upgrade, or repair a PC same day. We used to take road trips with buddies just to geek out on the merch...

One annoying thing I've noticed about certifications is that you have to get them for certain jobs but only use 20-30% of the subject matter you have to study in order to obtain them for the actual job...

I agree with this, my sentiments exactly as well. Getting AI pushed towards us from every direction & really never asked for it. Like to use it for certain things but go to it when needed. Don't want it in everything, at least personally.
