Attribution isn't easy on the Internet. They use VPN, proxy, etc. Most attribution comes from recognizing patterns, techniques, etc.
More like tracking animals by their foot prints without ever seeing them.
I don't understand why misidentifying non white people continues. Why can we make an algorithm that gets people right regardless of ethnicity or race?
I know most people's attitudes are to stop all together, but I think we're past that. I don't see that happening, so the least we could do is get it right.

I wondered why there we so many no turn on red all the sudden when the intersection was not visually blocked, but I hadn't experienced the pedestrian safety issues.
Personally, I have to make eye contact with the red turn drivers before I feel safe to cross.

Personal thought: regardless of why I missed a job requirement outside of emergencies, I don't think my employer would be happy. We are his employer, and personally, I'm not happy.
As a member of Congress, you get life time benefits for a single term of service. The least you could do is fulfill all the tedious requirements of the role.
