Using W11 local windows account and dont sign in via hotmail and haven't seen much of the AI stuff intruding. default browser is firefox etc. But i don't have a good reason to migrate to W12 ever if they try and be subtle about this stuff.

calculate how stubborn everyone is. The motivation for continuing to hoard because of sentimental value etc is insanely high. we tried this and still have crap leftover.
