I don't think it's because of his strength. We're talking really short jumps that are well within his ability. For example, right at the start of the game there's a small patch of burning ground that every other companion will jump over, but Gale just freezes. It's a tiny jump, he just won't go.
This is Gale for me. He inexplicably won't make jumps that he very certainly can make. It takes me manually controlling him to get him to perform said jumps.
It was around that time frame, not sure if it's gotten any better though!
Was this am interview for Bank of America by any chance?
Except Google is double dipping, making money off of your data while charging for the "privilege". Fuck all that
