Issues with surgical mesh are well known. Women who complained were often dismissed by their male doctors/surgeons. Further into the article it talks about 30 women per month calling into a registry that has been established.
So it's not solely due to one woman's experience.

I guess it is. I'd be really interested to know if it's the case in Germany/France. I know Uber is banned because they can't classify drivers as contractors, so I wonder if delivery companies face any of the same restrictions.
And maybe I wouldn't mind so much but my delivery route is kinda rural, so I'm delivering to Trump supporters and it's the combination of factors that get to me.
I started working for UPS as a delivery driver in the USA and I am so surprised (and also sadly not surprised) at just how bad it is. Not just how demanding the work is, but:
Maybe I am spoilt after living and working in NZ and Europe, but it just seems so insane and such a horrible way to treat people.
Also I am dreams/nightmares about trying to find things quickly (like a package in a package car) or being stuck while driving 😅

Perhaps you're attracted to a certain aesthetic/behaviour and women who meet those criteria are attracted to assholes? Or are in an area that forces women into those roles? None of the women in my circle find assholes or being compliant appealing, and absolutely maddening that you would generalise to such an extent. Also very funny as many men think they're attracted to independent, non-compliant women and then proceed to find fault in those very behaviours which were so "attractive".
I wonder if recent weather conditions have been more favourable, maybe an impact of climate change?
Would be a good project for someone but that also requires $$ which tertiary education sector hasn't been getting a ton of.
The local (and presumably central, based on comment from the local councillor) govt response is so disappointing. They should be reacting with urgency to try to figure out impacts on the ecosystem and control measures.
Yeah they are South American, there is even a picture of a feijoa tree in the Colombian passport. But usually when I mention feijoa to South Americans they think I'm talking about 'feijoada', which is a Brazilian bean/meat stew 😂
