Can someone recommend a good resource for getting a neglected bike back into riding condition? What tools I need, what sort of parts I should check if they need replacement, so on? in c/bicycles@lemmy.ca

Check out RJ the bike guy on YouTube for great repair videos for old bikes.

Here's an example if you need to change out the calipers with a different mounting system.
