Hopefully it's a sign of change of sentiment towards drugs. Laws that are more science based than anything else. I hope.

I've found npm to be fairly easy to setup. But I'm not far from your situation, trying out various options to see what works best for me

I'd have to agree. I love Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen, but James McAvoy and Michael Fassbender bring great chemistry to the role.
