My issues are up top, bottom half seems fine. We thought my issue was soy but over time the bad stuff came back and now I'm back at square one ugh.

Because my throat is inflamed and food is getting stuck and the allergist I spoke to as well as the gastroenterologist told me the skin tests wouldn't do anything. The allergist I spoke to didn't mention these blood tests I'm now referring to so I wasn't sure if it was legit or not or if others have had similar experiences.

Unfortunately my allergy is an internal one and skin tests (from what I've been told) don't help with that.

I've been killing myself trying to figure out what's going on with my gut. I have a sensitivity to SOMETHING but elimination diets aren't pinpointing the source. Has anyone used one of these type of tests? My doctor said it's a scam but I figured the internet wouldn't, no.... COULDN'T lie to me. Thanks Lemmings!

Revolt isn't federated, encrypted, has no video chat, claims privacy but that claim seems to be simply because they are based in Europe. The layout is nice and ui is better than element but that's the only upside i see. I hate the matrix client ui's and chat sorting options.

Over the years I’ve tended to shy away from browser syncing and as a result I’ve lost a ton of useful links. Looking for a browser extension that can sync across devices, between different browsers (frequently switch from librewolf, firefox, vivaldi, etc…), and isn’t going to sell my info to the highest bidder. Do any of you lemmings have a good option for me?

The NFL awarded a total of 35 compensatory selections to 15 teams in the 2025 draft, the league announced Tuesday.

The Vikings (97th overall), Dolphins (98th), Giants (99th), 49ers (100th), Rams (101st) and Lions (102nd) received third-round picks.

The Ravens, Cowboys and Dolphins received the most compensatory picks with four each, and the Chargers, 49ers and Seahawks each will have three additional selections.

The Bills, Browns, Chiefs and Raiders will get two compensatory picks each, and the Packers, Vikings and Giants will see an additional selection.

Under the rules for compensatory draft selections, a team losing more or better compensatory free agents (“CFA”) than it acquires in the previous year is eligible to receive compensatory draft picks.

The compensatory picks will be positioned within the third through seventh rounds based on the value of the compensatory free agents lost.

Compensatory free agents are determined by a formula based on salary, playing time and postseason honors. The formula was developed by the NFL Management Council.

In addition to 32 compensatory selections awarded under the net loss formula, a special compensatory selection was awarded to the 49ers, the Rams and the Lions under a 2020 amendment to the league’s Collective Bargaining Agreement. That agreement promotes equal employment opportunities and an inclusive workforce within NFL clubs, incentivizing teams to develop and promote minority talent for General Manager and head coach positions.

Only one House Democrat voted in the US House of Representatives voted for a spending bill that Republicans passed to keep the US government open.

The House passed a stopgap spending bill, known as a continuing resolution or “CR,” to keep the government open until September on Tuesday. Only one Republican, Thomas Massie of Kentucky, voted against the legislation.

Rep. Jared Golden of Maine was the only Democrat to join Republicans in the legislation.
