Would running gentoo in a distrobox container work for you?

That's hot garbage
It's not about tracking if they are working, it's about tracking if they are at the office.
I think you can create a custom iso like that with CoreOS, not something I'm super familiar with though. You can have a look at this:

Krita should fit the bill for photopea. Illustrator however is a vector-based program, and I don't know any FOSS android apps for that. In a Linux environment, Inkscape would be the go-to for that.
Just tried it out, it is absolutely amazing. You can navigate, sort, search, manipulate so easily. Now that I know it, I need it everywhere. Thanks for the tip!
Are you looking for something like Fedora CoreOS maybe? Or NixOS?
Pretty sure he argued that Greece shouldn't have to use the bailout loans from other countries to pay back banks, but instead can use it to invest them in public infrastructure to rebuild their economy. Instead the EU forced them to use those loans (said taxes) to pay back rich companies, and to cut their investments in social programs to put the country into an even deeper mess.
If my phone was rooted, I'd use it for firewall, tracker&ad blocking, and backups. Luckily CalyxOS comes with decent firewall and backup apps built-in, but for trackers I have to run a local "vpn", which is inconvenient
