Wow didn't now that. I'm surprised I never heard of it, but I will definitely give it a try.

Is it reliable? Ad-blocking is a cat and mouse game and to actually have a useable ad-blocker it needs to be well maintained over a long period of time (for example like ublock origin).

Their concept looks nice, but they are researchers and I'm a bit afraid that they just drop that, write a paper about it and that's it. If there is no constant maintenance this will likely stop blocking YouTube Ads once Google deploys the next changes.

Update: checked the repo and it's actually a fork of ublock origin, so it should (for now) be pretty similar, but still they would have to keep maintaining that.

So you need an armed working class for what exactly? To watch Trump dismantle your democracy? You probably don't need guns if you are just watching anyway 🤣

Müsste korrekt "der Kapitalismus" lauten.

To be fair that's actually really hard once you are dead.

... Intelligent Design? Also zumindest beim Menschen mal sicher nicht 🤣

I'm from Austria and I got the "house" idea, but it's clear as day what they did and in Austria I'm pretty sure a Geschworenengericht would have sentenced them (Verbotsgetzt). I'm not sure about the laws in Germany but given the history I guess you have similar laws.

Holy shit. And that's legal in Germany? What about "never again"?

That Deadpool is trapped inside that gamer chair?

I often find myself explaining the same things in real life and online, so I recently started writing technical blog posts.

This one is about why it was a mistake to call 1024 bytes a kilobyte. It's about a 20min read so thank you very much in advance if you find the time to read it.

Feedback is very much welcome. Thank you.

https://zeta.one/viral-math/

I wrote a (very long) blog post about those viral math problems and am looking for feedback, especially from people who are not convinced that the problem is ambiguous.

It's about a 30min read so thank you in advance if you really take the time to read it, but I think it's worth it if you joined such discussions in the past, but I'm probably biased because I wrote it :)
