It doesn't have a lot of recoil at all which is why that guy still has a face. What it does do is make every square mm of exposed skin sting like a mofo the instant you fire it. It's like getting slapped hard across your entire body at once. So yeah, go with the long sleeves on anti-tank rocket launcher day.
And make sure you check your backblast area or else you're gonna kill or at least severely burn one of your own guys when you fire it.
