Some one took the letters and moved them around.

Original: “it’s a girl” “good times” and “be happy. “ the g in good is still there. The a from it’s a girl went into gay. The two O’s from good went into poop. The d from good times went into “had”. And the y from happy went into gay.

Yeah, I've heard it alongside the "always be hungry" mentality.

The idea is if you're satisfied, you have no drive to move further.
