From what I can tell, Neo-Nazi Kevin Alfred Strom, over 200 years after Voltaire’s time

Yep, it was just 22 years ago. He was not only a white nationalist, neo Nazi, and founder of the National Vanguard, but in his spare time he loved to look at CSAM.

He pled guilty to having it in 2008, then told the judge how he possessed it unwillingly. Considering how many of those kinds of folks have that material, I don't believe him.
