Not sure yet but probably yes for pro tier as it only allows 1 stream as of now.
I regularly had more than 4 feeds up before so even the new top subscription wouldn't work... This is a disaster.
The 4 feeds is F1s own multiview system, and they mention the top subscription allows up to 6 devices. So even if they count multiple streams on your PC as separate devices, it should allow 6 streams of F1s 4 feed multiview.
Now this would be an absolute mess for multiviewer and a pain to set up manually, but my understanding is it will still allow you to stream all the views
