You get to obtain the skills/attributes of a gold medal Olympian. Which sport are you choosing?

Water polo. For the physique, fitness and naughtiness.

Disappointed to see no parkour.

Fine, weightlifting or running

3 day eventing. Nearly got there in my youf so what I really want is to be young again. Will accept showjumping as a mediocre substitute. Bugger anything that requires sore feet. The sweat, blood and tears go with the territory.

Definitely the worst choice possible

Well it’s either that or biathlon and most resorts frown on bringing rifles

Rhythmic gymnastics. I can join the circus when I retire.

I can accept this. It is not the optimal choice but it has artistic merit

I would just like to magically be able to swim and dive well and have the fitness and confidence to do it.

[–] PeelerSheila@aussie.zone 4 points 2 months ago (1 children)

Pentathlon. Seems like some good skills to have in hand.

I dunno; I think running and swimming fast, combined with shooting and sword fighting and a horse riding obby would make me quite dashing and gallant, eh what? Twirls ends of moustache and smiles in a suavely confident manner

Edit: ok I'd also like the winter Olympic biathlon, where I get to excel at cross country skiing and shooting stuff with deadly accuracy

Pole vaulting or high jump.

But gymnastics or weight lifting would be cool too.
