the caption on the picture is a lie… she has an illness as well….

i did a reverse search on this:

Her mother says that Rahaf underwent complex tests, but doctors have been unable to make a definitive diagnosis of her rare condition.

it’s absolutely horrible, but it’s not just from malnutrition… the person next to her isn’t nearly as thin, for example….

unless the source i found also has a misleading caption… these should really have a source listed
