Just beat the first 7 levels. It's not a puzzle game like Helltaker.

You run around getting the right parts to keep anti-ghost generators repaired so the ghost girls'll stop trying to kill you.

At the end of each level, when the ghosts are weakened, you go in for a kiss on the deadly (but cute) ghost girls. Or, at least on most levels, the one where you face a tall mommy ghost, you can't reach her for the kiss, so you only kiss her the second time you beat her, because Ula then brings a step-stool to stand on.
