this map should be regional and not national.

Flatlands and mountains would give completely different percentages.

Seems like they don't have data by region, but they do have by gender (don't ask me why though): https://ec.europa.eu/eurostat/databrowser/view/HLTH_EHIS_PE6E__custom_12706180/default/table?lang=en
