A former SpaceX employee who suffers from Crohn’s disease claimed supervisors monitored his restroom use, timing each toilet break and issuing a formal reprimand if he wasn’t back within 10 minutes. The employee is suing the company for allegedly firing him over frequent bathroom use caused by a chronic medical condition, according to The Independent.

You'd have to make him physically disabled before he even might get it, and chances are high he'd still just turn into formal, socialite Lebowski anyway.
