Easiest call to Centrelink ever. I messed up the date of my partner's pay, so I had to call them to update it for my report.

Super simple stuff.

How long were you on hold? I dont think it was ever less than an hour when I had to call Cuntrelink

Only like 15 minutes on hold, suprisingly! They usually hang up on me straight away because of how busy they are or whatever lol!

I find calls to gov are either the worst or the best

I don't mind waiting on hold for hours tbh, I hate it more when centrestink hangs up on me straight away lol so happy that didn't happen this time.

It was like, 15min wait, and while the call itself took 30 minutes (had to upload the payslip to my centrestink and my partner's), it was very easy and the operator I spoke to was amazing.

Sometimes one lucks out with gov stuff, not often, but definitely sometimes haha
