It was meant to be! Salmon was on special. I was tired but I painstakingly picked the watercress, made the salad with apple and a lemon dressing (painful with a cut finger), and heaped some delicious pre-made potato stuff. A fine dinner to the end the week on!
although that salmon is cooooked
Tucking in now all rugged up watching Jerry McGuire because why not.
That looks so good.
