thats not bacon
It is, just made from turkey. Much leaner than pork bacon.
I know, thats why I said "it's not bacon" because bacon comes from pigs, not turkeys. What you have there is formed turkey paste.

The "why" doesn't matter. It's not real bacon. It's turkey strips

I see plenty of pork products referred to as bacon when they're from the wrong part of the pig.
Maybe, but that doesn't make this sadness bacon.
