It is, just made from turkey. Much leaner than pork bacon.

I know, thats why I said "it's not bacon" because bacon comes from pigs, not turkeys. What you have there is formed turkey paste.

I see plenty of pork products referred to as bacon when they're from the wrong part of the pig.
