I got this excellent dish at an Indian restaurant. Do any of you know what is or even how to prepare that green sauce?

Got this at an ice cream shop in Denver. It tasted great and was fun to eat.

I got inspired to share 🙂 Cheese goes on top here, that's to prevent the meat from drying out.

Note the spoons underneath the rack, that's so the bottom can cool and remain crispy.

We'd call this plate pizza btw.

Not self-made, but just warmed up my last nights delivery. Although we got creative today and mixed a fresh egg under the cooling noodles/soup.

It’s imitation lobster I bought for salad but thought I’d try this today because I wanted a sandwich and wanted some “lobster” too.

The lettuce is fresh from my backyard. Best thing I did this year was buy this 6 pack of lettuce plants for like $5 and have been using it ever since for sandwiches and salads.

Also added avocado and Roma tomato. And then added mayonnaise and siracha mayonnaise for the spread. You can see some of the siracha mayo on the lobster on the side.

Very delicious and definitely recommend.

I have Ostrich fern on the front of my house that I have been waiting years to try. I keep missing the window when they are ready so I was overjoyed when I saw my fiddlehead popping up. I chopped 9, steamed with in a pan with a little butter for 5 minutes. I plated them with just a sprinkle of flaky salt and had them for lunch today.

They were great and tasted a little like asparagus but with a more savory, earthly flavor. They were amazing and totally worth the wait. I might check tomorrow to see if I can sustainability grab a few more to have them again.

10/10 would forage again.
